  Lindy's has good food and good service with a nice view. My only complaint is that both times we have visited, the kids meal food has been bad. We got the kids mac and cheese the first time (watery, bland) and grilled cheese the second time (dry, bland). My wife and I both enjoyed our food each visit, though.

  Very nice lake view and a good menu. They have changed the menu recently but still have good affordable food. The location is top notch.

  Five star for the locals maybe. Fun location, decent customer service, horrible food. My son's cowboy burger slid out of the bun before he ate his first bite. The "house corned beef" in my Rueben was tough as rubber, and when I tried to take my first bites the innards slid along the generous helping of 1000 onto my plate. We ate our sandwiches with our forks. My wife's salad was likely not made from fresh ingredients. As the waiters passed, we could see then observing our frustration. The whole experience was mediocre at best.
